Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist specializing in lead generation to join our team at Nexapp Technologies in Pune. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying leads through targeted outreach and engagement strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth in the technology sector.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and assess their potential fit for our products and services.
Collaborate closely with marketing to align lead-generation activities with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Use CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to manage lead data, track activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, educate them about our solutions, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs.
Continuously learn about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Requirements
Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in a technology or software company.
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track activities.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in the IT, networking, or software industry is a plus.
