Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, handling inbound sales inquiries, and supporting outbound sales activities to drive revenue and expand our client base in the digital assets sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle Outbound and inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Client Interaction: Conduct initial client consultations via phone, email, or video calls to assess potential clients needs and align them with our services.
Sales Support: Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients, ensuring they meet their specific investment interests and needs.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is current.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on feedback from client interactions.
Performance Metrics: Track and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports to management on activity and pipeline status.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the financial services or investment sector.
Skill Set: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a deep understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital assets, technology, and the investment landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fintech or digital asset management firm.
Advanced certification in sales or marketing.
