Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales and Inside Sales role for Greenwich Meridian Logistics India Pvt Ltd located in Mumbai. The Sales and Inside Sales representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Customer Service experience
Demonstrated ability to generate leads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred
Experience in the shipping or logistics. industry is a plus
