- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Navi Mumbai. As an Inside Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, effective communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and email communication.
Understand the staffing needs and requirements of restaurant owners.
Share quotations with clients.
Close sales and meet quarterly targets.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
Conduct effective online demos for prospects.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience in inside sales.
Track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong phone presence and experience.
Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and presentation abilities.,
