As an Inside Sales Specialist at Saar Education (I) Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. Your day-to-day activities will involve effective communication with customers, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
 Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
 Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
 Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
 Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Qualifications:
 Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
 Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and effective communication skills
 Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service consistently
 Experience with sales CRM software
 Goal-oriented and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
 Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
