- This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive in Mumbai for an IT organisation.
Key Responsibilities
The Inside Sales executive will be responsible for lead generation, communicating effectively with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and closing sales
The Inside Sales executive will also work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
Applicants from Mumbai will be given preference only
2 to 3 years of inside sales and sales skills needed
Experience in lead generation and customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Experience in the D365/ERP/CRM IT industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage. time effectively
