Job Opportunity: Inside Sales Executive (ERP/CRM Focus)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team at our Mumbai office. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in lead generation, customer communication, and sales closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, with a specific emphasis on ERP/CRM solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our sales growth and collaborate closely with our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers.
 Communicate effectively with prospects, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
 Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
 Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
 Meet and exceed sales quotas through proactive engagement and. effective sales techniques.

Qualifications:
 2 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales with a focus on ERP/CRM solutions.
 Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
 Experience in lead generation and customer service.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
 Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Skills:
 Previous experience in the D365/ERP/CRM IT industry is highly desirable.
 Strong phone presence with experience in making a high volume of calls daily.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
