- Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong prospecting and persuasion skills, ability to gain technical understanding of the products
Should have an inherent motivation for Sales & Marketing
Should have effective telephone & email etiquettes, an amiable personality and should sound cheerful on the phone
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision
Ability to work with all levels of professionals within a business including Board Executives, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers, and Solution Architects
Desired Skills, Certifications:
Strong customer service attitude and analytical, problem-solving skills
Accredited inside sales manager (AISM) and Certified inside sales professional (CISP) accreditations are advantageous
Proven experience of at least 3 years working as an Inside Sales Executive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Zoho CRM software as well as in Zoho Campaigns Manager
Base Location: Mumbai,
