Responsibilities:
 Client Sourcing & Management:
 Identify and source potential clients in need of home loans and mortgage
 Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and offer suitable home loan products.
 Product Offering:
 Evaluate client profiles and financial situations to recommend the right home loan and mortgage products.
 Networking & Relationship Building:
 Develop and leverage a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
 Maintain a robust DSA connector base to facilitate continuous client referrals and business growth.
 Sales Targets & Performance:
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
 Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
 Compliance & Documentation:
 Ensure all client documentation and loan processing comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
 Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and approvals.

Requirements:
 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the Home Loans & Mortgage industry.
 Location: Candidates must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
 Networking Skills: Strong connections with DSAs in the MMR region.
 Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Customer Service Orientation: Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
 Analytical Skills: Proficiency in assessing client profiles and recommending suitable loan products.
