Role Summary:
Our growing company needs an experienced and resourceful B2B Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. Were searching for professionals who have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations.
Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence in the analytics space.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized targeted sales strategies to expand the companys customer base
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business needs and pitching services of the company.
Create contract-winning proposals and commercials for current and prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Communications & interactions with prospects during the entire lifecycle of business development while keeping track of the progress and maintaining relevant records.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
Collaborate with Technical and HR teams to ensure contracted services are executed on time and as agreed. Other Functional, operational, and/or admin support during deliveries & fulfillment process.
Coordination with the technical and/or delivery team as and when required for relevant updates with a delivery perspective.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. Post deliveries and other aspects of Client Relationship Management
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, services, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
Keeping on top of business operations tasks such as updating CRM, delivery progress, billing & collections
Work closely with Presales and senior management to identify and manage risks.
Research and identify new market opportunities
Prepare and update documents, forms, templates, and other relevant collaterals
Entry of business leads and relevant information in a proper IT system and CRMs for ready reference and analysis.
Other functional or administrative assistance may be required for an efficient & effective teamwork environment.
Candidate Description
Academic Qualification:
MBA/ PGDM/ Post graduation in similar courses preferable
Experience:
1 to 2 years experience in Business Development in B2B, preferably in any IT Business.
Experience in data analytics related products or services will be highly relevent
Experience in selling cloud solutions on AWS, Azure or Google cloud will be highly relevent
Experince of working on CRM like Salesforce, Zoho CRM or similar platform will be highly relevant
Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities:
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to communicate and deal effectively at all levels.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
The business development-oriented mindset with good knowledge of client relationship management.
Aptitude for acquiring new knowledge & up-skilling.
A versatile personality with a professional approach & attitude is the prerequisite for the position.
The knack for dealing with people, external agencies, and vendors.
Willing to travel
1-2 years of sales experience (IT preferred)
Languages to speak (More the better),
