Position Overview

Metricoid is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Fresher to join our team at our Nilje, Dombivli office location. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and business development to kick-start their career in the technology industry. As a Business Development Fresher, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries, utilizing online resources and databases.

- Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to expand Metricoid's client base and drive revenue growth.

- Generate leads through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to further explore business opportunities.

- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral for client meetings and pitches.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business development efforts and achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and build relationships effectively.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using softwares like CRM, Online platforms .
