Skills : Good communication , Well versed with the software into CRM , well versed with real estate residential projects in to premium projects.

Mandatory : Experience in to same industry - Real estate residential projects.

JD : : Interact with customers via various communication channels (phone, email, in-person) to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our real estate offerings.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software and Excel spreadsheets.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure timely responses to inquiries and facilitate the sales process.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer engagement.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for maintaining records and generating reports. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
