This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Pune. As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in buying & selling properties. You will evaluate clients" needs and preferences, present and negotiate offers, and provide guidance and support throughout the real estate transaction process.
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficient in using real estate CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred,
