- Real Estate Channel Partner Job Profile:
1. Business Development and Sales:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote and sell properties developed by the partnering real estate developer.
Actively seek and engage potential clients and investors to generate leads and drive sales.
2. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and other stakeholders, fostering a sense of trust and collaboration.
Regularly communicate with developers to understand new projects, pricing strategies, and market trends.
*3. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for sales growth.
Analyze market data to set competitive property prices and develop effective selling strategies.
*4. Client Consultation and Guidance:
Assist clients in understanding property options, providing information on features, amenities, legal aspects, and financing options.
Offer professional advice and recommendations to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
*5. Marketing and Promotions:
Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials to effectively market properties to target audiences.
Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, traditional advertising, events, and networking, to reach potential buyers.
*6. Sales Negotiation and Closure:
Negotiate with clients to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the developer and the buyer.
*7. Client Relationship Follow-Up:
Maintain post-sales relationships with clients, providing assistance, resolving concerns, and gathering feedback for improvement.
Encourage client referrals and repeat business by ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
*8. Administrative Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
Submit required reports, sales forecasts, and other documentation to the real estate developer as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
RERA verification .
Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property types, legal aspects, and financing options.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient tracking and management of leads and clients.
