Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager of Sales based - MUMBAI at Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd . The Deputy General Manager of Sales will be responsible for managing Cold Calling , client meeting , sales activities and developing client relationships in the commercial real estate market. This role requires strong knowledge of the Mumbai market, mandatorily in the commercial real estate sector. The Sales Manager will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs. They will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of deals and achieve sales targets. This is a team management role.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Deputy General Manager or similar with a team handling experience in the commercial real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai market and commercial real estate trends (MANDATORY)
Should have team handling experience
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of commercial real estate transactions
Self-motivated and target-driven
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Fluency in English, Hindi.
