Job Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) - Real Estate to join our team. As an ASM, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our real estate properties in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Qualifications And Skills
 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong negotiation and closing skills
 Knowledge of the real estate market in Navi Mumbai
 Ability to build and maintain relationships
 Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
 Self-motivated and target-driven
 Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Roles And Responsibilities
 Manage the sales and marketing activities for our real estate properties in Navi Mumbai
 Generate leads and convert them into sales
 Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders
 Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
 Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors" activities
 Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management
 Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
 Conduct property visits, site inspections, and present property details to potential buyers
