Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for the position of Sourcing Team Leader in Real Estate. The Sourcing Team Leader will oversee the sourcing Properties, lead the team in identifying and acquiring commercial properties, and ensure efficient transactions in alignment with our company's values and goals. They will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of deals and achieve sales targets. This is a team management role.

Qualifications
 Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and coordination
 Deep understanding of the commercial real estate market trends and regulations
 Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
 Strong negotiation and communication skills
 Should have team handling experience
 Proven track record in sourcing and acquiring commercial properties
 Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
 Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
 Fluency in English & Hindi.
