Job description

As an Inside Sales Professional specializing in domestic sales, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be promoting and selling our training and certification programs to clients within the country.

Role & responsibilities

Client Engagement and Consultation:
 Lead Generation: Identify potential clients within the domestic market through research, referrals, and networking.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
 Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions.
 Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and successfully close deals with clients.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:
 Training Programs: Develop an in-depth understanding of our training offerings, including content, delivery methods, and certification pathways.
 Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with trends in domestic business, learning, and certification.

Relationship Building:
 Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing domestic clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
 Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Administrative Tasks:
 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
 Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotes, and post-sale support.

Preferred candidate profile
 0 to 3 years of total experience.
 Experience in interacting with domestic customers.
 Proven track record in sales, preferably within the training and certification industry.
 Familiarity with domestic business practices and cultural nuances.
