The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, software marketing, and software sales, with strong skills in lead generation. The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of our software products, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Field Sales: Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, present our software products, and close sales deals. Product Demonstration: Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business success. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, tracking progress towards sales goals. Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure client satisfaction and address any post-sales issues. Skills Required: Proven experience in field sales, software marketing, and software sales. Strong lead generation skills and the ability to convert leads into sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in software sales or a related field. Knowledge of the Mumbai market is a plus.
