Our technology enables lenders, including NBFCs and banks, to streamline their operations, reduce NPAs, and enhance recovery efficiency. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in this dynamic sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target key lending institutions, including NBFCs, banks, and fintech companies. Understand the pain points of lenders in the debt recovery process and tailor solutions to address their specific needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and strategies that resonate with the target market. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure. Conduct in-depth needs analysis and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our fintech solutions. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including heads of collections, recovery, and legal teams within lending institutions. Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting debt collection and recovery processes. Provide feedback to the product development team to refine and enhance our offerings based on client needs and market demands. Contract Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure deals that align with company policies and goals. Drive the sales process to a successful close, ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation and customer success teams. Revenue Growth & KPI Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, pipeline health, and revenue generation. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and client onboarding processes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities and company objectives. Participate in product development discussions to advocate for features and solutions that meet client needs. Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads. Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the fintech, banking, or financial services industry. Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions to enterprise clients, with a focus on debt collections, recovery, or legal operations. Strong understanding of the lending industry, including the challenges and regulations related to debt recovery. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles simultaneously. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
