Inside Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Recon. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales of Aesthetic Clinic services and will work towards achieving sales targets through effective inside sales and lead generation, along with team building and team management.
Eligibility- Bachelor's degree in any field
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or telesales role
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Responsibilities
 Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads for conversion
 Counsel patients and relationship-building for cross sales
 Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries
 Provide information about our products and services, answer questions, and address concerns
 Manage and update customer information in our CRM database
 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
 Continuously learn about our products and services to effectively communicate with customers
