Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, identifying and contacting decision makers, and managing the sales pipeline for RN Management Consultants. The Inside Sales Specialist should be comfortable making outbound calls, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable using sales technology such as CRMs and social media platforms.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar inside sales or business development role
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively using excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone making outbound calls to prospective clients
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with CRM. software, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
