Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative at RS Components & Controls (I) Ltd. in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, account management, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Account Management skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
Experience in Lead Generation
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of industrial products or engineering background is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field,
