Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, customer satisfaction, and customer service. The role includes day-to-day tasks like building strong relationship with clients, providing product information to customers, and managing sales activities through various communication channels.
Qualifications
Inside sales, lead generation, and account management skills
Customer. satisfaction and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field
Experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
