Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Okhla, New Delhi. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, account management, customer satisfaction, and customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will also be expected to manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
2-3 yrs of proven Inside Sales Experience.
Experience in IT hardware is must.
Hand on experience of SAP.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
. Co-ordinate with sales team to book sales order with the help of Team.
Understanding of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
IT infrastructure knowledge is a plus
Applicants should also possess a strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn,
