Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative (Native Bengali Speaking) at client, who is 20 years old MNC. The role involves tasks such as customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering client relationships.

The customer account executive (AE) / sales coordinator / inside sales executives primary duty is to manage the clients publishing customers. Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive will be directly responsible for servicing all existing business relationships, securing the renewal of all existing subscriptions, and selling upgrades and additional products.

The Account Executive is also responsible for generating new sales of Clients Publishing products and implementing and directing a growth plan for their territories in their assigned markets.
