Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Noida. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, account management, and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include. reaching out to prospects, managing relationships with customers, following up with leads, and coordinating with marketing and sales teams to generate new leads.
Qualifications
Inside Sales, Account Management, and lead generation skills
Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 1 years of sales experience
Experience in the technology industry is a plus,
