Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, and maintaining customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
 Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
 Strong customer service skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 Ability to work in a. team environment and collaborate effectively
 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
 Multiple years of experience in sales and marketing.
 Experience in the ceramics or hospitality sector is highly preferred.
 Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language.
 Excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new opportunities.

- Promote and sell Feather Touch products to hotels, restaurants, cafs, and other hospitality establishments.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
