Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Dehradun. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Cold calling and international calling experience.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction experience
Account Management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in B2B sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
