Are you a go-getter passionate about Sales and the Travel Industry
We're seeking highly driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our growing team in Mumbai. You'll play a pivotal role in acquiring and building strong relationships with travel agents.
What you'll do:
Acquire new customers:
-Identify and target potential travel agents through tele calling and field visits.
-Promote our Working Capital loan product designed for travel agents.
-Promote other products introduced from time to time including Travel Insurance.
-Convert leads into satisfied, long-term clients.
Build strong relationships:
-Develop and nurture relationships with travel agents, understanding their needs and offering solutions. -Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to ensure agent satisfaction.
-Become a trusted advisor to your travel agent network.
Contribute to growth:
-Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to Mihuru's regional expansion.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
-Must have at least a Bachelors degree
-Minimum 2-3 years experience in travel or loan sales.
-Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-Strong presentation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
