Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role located at Pune Baner. This is an on-site role, and the work timings are 7:30 pm to 4:30 am. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching IT service sales & Staff Augmentation to Clients, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. You will also be conducting market research and developing strategies to increase sales. Qualifications 1+ yrs experience in IT Industry services line of. business. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in related field Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Superior interpersonal skills and works collaboratively within a matrix organization Adaptable to change Must be Able to Work in US shift Roles & Responsibilities Selling IT Services and/or IT Professional Services Experience a must Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expand Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and potential needs Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships Collaborate with various stake holders to create contract winning proposals for current and prospective clients Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders Identify partnership opportunities Good understanding of various technologies and ecosystem to be able to have meaningful and impactful conversation with client.
