    Job Description : As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the sales team, managing the pre-sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting project details, and assisting in the preparation of sales proposals. Your expertise in the real estate or construction industry will be crucial in conveying the value and benefits of our projects to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and meetings. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's real estate or construction projects. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of projects to potential clients. Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of the projects effectively. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for sales activities. Track and report on the progress of pre-sales activities and lead conversions. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. Analyze competitor activities and market trends to stay informed about industry developments. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support sales strategies. Lead Generation and Management: Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and allocate them to the appropriate sales representatives. Maintain an updated and organized database of leads and client interactions. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans. Support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead status. Prepare regular reports on pre-sales activities, lead conversions, and market insights. Ensure all documentation is complete, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies. Qualifications and Skills: 2 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales or sales support roles within the real estate or construction industry. Strong understanding of real estate or construction projects, including features, benefits, and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large-scale real estate or construction projects. Familiarity with local real estate regulations and market conditions. Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams in achieving targets.
