About the Role: As our Pre-Sales Executive, you will be crucial in supporting our sales and investment processes by engaging with potential startups, understanding their needs, and presenting BizDateUps value propositions effectively. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to investment.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Needs Analysis:
Actively engage with potential startup founders to understand their business needs and objectives.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and identify key opportunities where BizDateUp can add value.
Develop tailored presentations and proposals that address the specific needs and goals of prospective startups.
Sales Support & Process Management:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for approaching and converting potential investment opportunities.
Provide support throughout the sales process, from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and effective engagement.
Assist in preparing and delivering pitch materials and proposals to potential startups and investors.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay informed about trends and developments in the startup ecosystem, particularly in Tier-II and III cities.
Conduct research to identify potential startups that align with BizDateUps investment focus and strategy.
Prepare reports and insights on market conditions and emerging opportunities to support the sales strategy.
Relationship Building & Networking:
Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders and industry professionals.
Represent BizDateUp at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to build brand presence and identify new prospects.
Facilitate introductions and connections between potential startups and BizDateUps network.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ year of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a related field.
Proven experience in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for the startup ecosystem and a strong network within the Indian startup community, especially in Tier-II and III cities.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi (highly desirable).
