- As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process & Operations by providing essential support to the sales team & the Delivery team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs and challenges, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients.
Conduct preliminary discussions to understand client needs and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through active engagement.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
Possess a deep knowledge in Digital Marketing.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our. offerings.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions for clients.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Lead Qualification:
Evaluate and qualify leads generated by the marketing team.
Identify key decision-makers and influencers within potential client organizations.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
Provide insights and feedback to improve overall sales strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in presales & Marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
