 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent customer service and continuous support
 Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships, utilizing your strong written communication skills
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales. collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate our solutions and value to clients
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and competitive strategies
 Utilize MS Office and MS Excel to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports for management
 Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and online advertisements, to drive brand awareness and generate leads
