Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify, prospect, and qualify potential corporate clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Manage the entire sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to senior management.
Marketing Campaigns:
Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and target the right audience segments.
Create compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and email campaigns.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure marketing materials are visually appealing and aligned with the brand.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.
Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
