The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a focus on driving growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and the effective sourcing of IT solutions and services. You will be responsible for expanding our digital marketing services, sourcing IT resources, and ensuring that both areas align with the companys strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify Growth Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and strategic partnerships to expand the companys digital marketing and IT service offerings. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract and secure new clients, highlighting the value of our combined digital marketing and IT sourcing solutions. Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including pitching services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Digital Marketing: Service Expansion: Work with internal teams to develop and expand digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. IT Sourcing: Resource Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and secure IT resources (such as software, hardware, technology partners, and service providers) to support client needs and internal projects. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring access to high-quality and cost-effective solutions. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with IT vendors and partners, securing favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company standards. Technology Integration: Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sourced IT solutions into the companys operations and client projects effectively. Collaboration & Project Management: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to align business development goals with overall company strategy. Project Oversight: Ensure that both digital marketing and IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Market & Competitive Analysis: Industry Trends: Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and IT sourcing, identifying new opportunities and potential risks. Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to inform business development efforts and sourcing strategies. Reporting & Analysis: Performance Reporting: Regularly report on business development activities, client acquisition, and the performance of digital marketing and IT sourcing initiatives. Cost Management: Track and manage the budget for IT sourcing, ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing return on investment (ROI). Networking & Industry Engagement: Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients, IT partners, and vendors. Brand Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, promoting our digital marketing services and IT sourcing capabilities. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on digital marketing and IT sourcing. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications in digital marketing or IT procurement is a plus. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and effectively sourcing IT resources. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and analytics. IT Sourcing Expertise: Extensive experience in sourcing IT resources, managing vendor relationships, and integrating technology solutions into business operations. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation skills, particularly in contract and pricing discussions. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and resource requirements to drive informed decision-making. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and IT sourcing platforms. Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, with a strong focus on achieving business targets and sourcing goals. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously.
