Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Experience Level: 3 - 4 years in a digital marketing agency or marketing team

Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

CTC: Up to 6 lakhs per annum, depending on profile

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.

2. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, optimisation, and distribution of marketing content across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, website, and emails.

3. SEO & SEM Optimization: Manage and optimise SEO and SEM campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

4. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media plans, creating and curating content, and managing social media platforms to build brand presence.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse and report on key performance. metrics of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven improvements.

6. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including negotiating contracts, and monitoring reporting and performance.

7. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications
 Graduate in Marketing or related field + Digital Marketing Certifications
 Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.
 Proven proficiency in industry-standard SEO, SEM and SMM tools
 Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 A life-long learning mindset focused on personal and professional growth
