Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager & Copywriter

Location: Based in India(Full-time)

We are in search of an ideal candidate - a marketing specialist with robust writing skills and a profound understanding of content creation and management.

Responsibilities:

- Support marketing activities in the launch of a new Neobank brand from inception.

- Collaborate with Fintech Farm to develop an overarching marketing strategy.

- Actively participate in the execution of marketing activities both online and offline.

- Craft and refine diverse content across the website, direct communications, applications, promotional materials, and social media.

- Conduct literary text editing and editorial work.

- Manage text translations.

- Execute SMM marketing strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience as a marketing manager, copywriter, or in a similar role.

- Additional experience in marketing management or copywriting within the fintech/banking sector is a definite advantage.

. Proficiency in utilizing digital and offline marketing tools.

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal abilities.

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

- Fluent in Hindi and English.

- Demonstrated creativity.
