The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively coordinating between external agencies, ensuring timely uploads of property listings on prominent platforms such as Magicbricks and 99acres, developing digital marketing strategies, setting campaign objectives, collaborating with designers to facilitate the creation of necessary creatives and overseeing the overall direction of digital marketing efforts.
 Responsibilities:*
 Coordinate with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing strategies and objectives.
 Manage and oversee the process of uploading property listings, maintaining accuracy and consistency across various online platforms, including Magicbricks and 99acres.
. Collaborate closely with the designers to develop creative assets such as banners, visuals, and other promotional materials required for digital marketing campaigns.
 Maintain a well-organized database of property information, ensuring that all listings are up-to-date and accurately represented across platforms.
 Create content for social media platforms.
 Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
 Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to suggest innovative strategies and techniques to enhance the company's online presence.
 Qualifications:*
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
 Proven experience of 5 years and above in digital marketing coordination, preferably within the real estate industry.
 Proficiency in using online property platforms like Magicbricks, 99acres, and other relevant listing platforms.
 Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
