Key Responsibilities
 Create engaging and creative content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility.
 Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
 Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for optimization.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
 Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio etc.
 Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
 Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and oversee community management activities.
 Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
 Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
 Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital. marketing techniques and tools.

You Have
 Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi) with the ability to create compelling content.
 Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
 Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Awesome To Have
 Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing platforms.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
 Certifications in digital marketing are preferred
