    we are looking for team lead (B2B) SALES

    • post : Team Lead 
    • EXP: 5+ Years Experience  
    • ROLE: B2B Sales and SAAS Sales is a must
    • Package - 14 Lakhs PA
    • NP - 15-20 days / Immediate

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs 
    • Create and implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance 
    • Lead, motivate and inspire team members   
    • Hire and recruit new talent as needed 
    • Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to a set
    • of targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of the client and MarketStar.  
    • Maintain a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies. 
    • Gather a strong understanding of client offerings to enable the team effectively across
    • differing EMEA territories. 
    • Create a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance. 
    • Drive strong thought leadership within a wider sales team. 
    • Adhere to team goals as agreed by the client. 
    • Ownership of day-to-day operations in partnership with client contact and Program Manager
    • Take responsibility for performance discipline, employee scheduling and attendance, time-
    • card approvals, performance evaluations, and associated management functions

    Experience

    • 1+ year as a coach, trainer or senior rep in B2B sales, Business Development, customer
    • success or account management
    • 4+ years sales experience
    • Experience with software vendor, IT Services, SaaS space or system integrator space preferred
