We Are Looking For Team Lead (B2B) Sales 
Key Responsibilities :

Adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs 
Create and implement systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance 
Lead, motivate and inspire team members   
Hire and recruit new talent as needed 
Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales agents across multiple sales disciplines to a set
of targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of the client and MarketStar.  
Maintain a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies. 
Gather a strong understanding of client offerings to enable the team effectively across
differing EMEA territories. 
Create a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance. 
Drive strong thought leadership within a wider sales team. 
Adhere to team goals as agreed by the client.

 

 Role :Team Lead 
EXP : 6+ Years Experience  
B2B Sales and SAAS Sales is a must
Package - 14 Lakhs PA
NP - 15-20 days / Immediate

 
Experience :

1+ year as a coach, trainer or senior rep in B2B sales, Business Development, customer
success or account management
4+ years sales experience
Experience with software vendor, IT Services, SaaS space or system integrator space preferred
