Job Overview We are looking for a mid-level Sales Manager specializing in B2B Sales within the Furniture Interior Industry, based in Mumbai. This full-time position requires a focus on market expansion, client acquisition, and strategic sales initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies within the furniture and home furnishings industry. Strong client relationship management skills to maintain and grow existing accounts while acquiring new clients. Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts efficiently. Ability to conduct detailed market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Leadership skills to guide and manage a sales team towards achieving set targets. Business development acumen to drive growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth in the B2B furniture interior sector. Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Led and mentored a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
