Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals for Executive Education programs.
Business Development: Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential corporate clients.
Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Sales Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Revenue Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments, marketing, and program management to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or professional development industry.
