Research/Information Gathering - about clients, market trends, Market players, highly responsive to the clients
Reaching out to Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Cosmetics, Chemicals and Food Supplement companies in Intended Markets to identify new business opportunities
You will be expected to be a part of webinars and other promotional events emphasizing local Intended Markets regulatory expertise.
You will be expected to arrange business development meetings with prospective clients.
You will be expected to main excellent relations with the client and also travel to meet the client, if required
Work collaboratively with other colleagues to increase sales within the life sciences industry. Responsibilities include full cycle sales including target identification, securing and managing client meetings, listening and understanding client needs, addressing client concerns/objections, Work with the Subject Matter Experts in defining opportunities, proposing solutions, negotiating, obtaining SOWs and closing the deal.

Managing assigned accounts to generate both incremental and repeatable annual business Initiate and manage RFI and RFP process and negotiate terms for all account programs and projects. Collaborating with Executives and SMEs to maximize account coverage Maintaining knowledgeable understanding of changing regulatory guidelines and mandates affecting the industry community Working collaboratively with the Professional Services Organization to ensure a complete and professional delivery of software and service solutions helping to scale internal functions and contributing to the development of a fast-growing organization.
Creating client Heat-Maps to focus prospecting efforts on the most valuable contacts along with the tailored messaging.
Collaborating with team members to win deals through effective team-selling (contribution or lead role based on the type of opportunity)
Activities include meeting preparation, meeting follow-ups, proposal development, closing activities.
You have successfully won projects related to Life Sciences, Research and Development. Youre an excellent networker with a proven track record in winning new clients and keeping your relationships with them alive.
Able to support for inbound and outbound activities.
Your ability to demonstrate a sustained and successful track record selling professional services to Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Cosmetics, Chemicals and Food supplements Demonstrated track record of success working with senior level management in a fast-paced growth environment is essential You managed full sales cycle experience is required: Prospect, identify opportunities, Propose Solutions (writing proposals), Negotiate, Close You carry strong written and verbal English skills, quality-oriented proposal writing and proposal management experience You are ambitious, driven and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high velocity sales organization You possess an understanding of the regulatory affairs process for both pre-marketed and post-marketed stages of a product Experience working with Regulatory Affairs Departments. You have a healthy competitive nature and jump at the chance to pursue new business opportunities.
You have the ability to translate complex topics into simple terms and lay them out for a variety of stakeholders.
You have compelling communication/presentation skills, can get your message across clearly, but you are also a good conversationalist and great listener.

Qualifications & Skills:
Masters degree in business administration or Bachelors / Masters degree in Pharmaceuticals
Previous team management experience, with proven leadership skill
Excellent communication in English.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly responsible.,
