Project Coordinator (Agile Methodology)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with experience in Agile Methodology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project management tools such as JIRA, as well as a strong understanding of Scrum principles, Sprint Management, and resource planning. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of software development projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities::
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
 Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 Utilize JIRA to create and manage user stories, epics, tasks, and sprints.
 Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
 Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
 Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity.
 Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
 Continuously improve project management processes and workflows based on Agile principles and best practices.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
 Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in software product development.
 Strong understanding of Agile Methodology and its application in software development projects.
 Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, along with experience in Scrum and Sprint Management.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
 Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.,
