As a Scrum Master at Xcelore, you will play a crucial role in driving and supporting agile practices within our software development teams. You will be responsible for facilitating and optimizing the Scrum framework, promoting collaboration, and removing impediments to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities

Scrum Facilitation :
 Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
 Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions to achieve project goals.

Agile Coaching
 Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on agile principles and practices to enhance overall team performance.
. Implement and promote agile best practices to continuously improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Project Management
 Work closely with project stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, and requirements.
 Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and prioritize features for development.

Remove Impediments
 Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient development process.
 Proactively address issues and risks that may impact project timelines or quality.

Metrics And Reporting
 Track and report key agile metrics to provide transparency and insights into team performance.
 Use data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.

Continuous Improvement
 Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization.
 Foster an environment that encourages learning, adaptation, and innovation.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments.
 Strong understanding of Scrum framework and agile principles.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 Certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or similar are a plus.
