Project Manager (Services) I/E3-SM21

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development and delivery of innovative products and services. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills and a deep understanding of product ownership principles. The ideal candidate will be able to drive projects forward, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
 Project Planning and Execution:
 Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
 Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
 Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.
 Product Ownership:
 Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions, collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities.
 Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with overall business goals and objectives.
 Make informed decisions on feature prioritization, balancing customer needs, market trends, and business priorities.
 Communication and Collaboration:
 Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to product delivery.
 Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
 Risk Management:
 Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
 Monitor and manage changes in project scope, ensuring that any adjustments are communicated and agreed upon by relevant stakeholders.
 Quality Assurance:
 Ensure that products and services meet high-quality standards by implementing effective quality assurance processes.
 Collaborate with testing and quality teams to conduct thorough testing and validation of deliverables.
 Continuous Improvement:
 Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance processes and workflows.
 Stay current with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into project and product management methodologies.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in project management or product ownership are a plus.
 Must have prior experience working as Programmer/Technical Leader/Quality Leader
 Proven experience as a Project Manager/Product Owner in a technology or product-focused environment.
 Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile tools.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience in product development and launch.
 Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
 Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.,
