Job Overview: Curer is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Doctor Acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding doctors onto the Curer platform. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop strategies for expanding our network of healthcare providers, ensuring that Curer remains the top choice for doctors looking to grow their practice with cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: Doctor Acquisition: Identify and engage potential doctors to join the Curer platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to drive adoption of Curers technology. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies for doctor acquisition. Tailor approaches to meet the specific needs of different medical specialties. Onboarding & Training: Manage the onboarding process for new doctors, ensuring they are fully trained on how to use Curers platform and understand the benefits of being part of the Curer network. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for doctor acquisition. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics related to doctor acquisition, such as conversion rates, onboarding success, and overall network growth. Provide regular updates to the leadership team. Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with onboarded doctors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement with the platform. Key Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on doctor acquisition or related areas. Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including the challenges and needs of doctors and medical practices. Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of Curers platform to healthcare professionals. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including doctors, medical staff, and internal teams. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and demonstrate new software to healthcare providers. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the doctor acquisition process.
